Green Coffee Bean

Description

Green coffee beans are simply coffee seeds that have not been roasted. After the coffee cherries are harvested and the outer fruit removed, the raw coffee seeds inside — which are naturally pale green to yellow-green in colour — are processed and dried. These unroasted beans still contain their original natural compounds because they haven’t undergone the heat treatment that creates the familiar brown roasted coffee beans.
